MAYFAIR HOMES CORP.: In its registration filing, Mayfair Homes listed shareholders who included Longo and Romilda Abramo, wife of Philip Abramo, an alleged capo in New Jersey's DeCavalcante crime family. Sources say Abramo controls brokerages specializing in small-cap stocks

AMERICAN FUEL CORP.: Longo's name also shows up on American Fuel's filing, along with those of Umbiquity Holdings, which Philip Abramo allegedly controls, and Maraval & Associates, which was involved in an Abramo-dominated IPO
