FOR YOUR EYES ONLY, 007 FANSBOND--JAMES BOND. THAT simple tag line is rich in associations for fans of Ian Fleming's fictitious master spy. For more than 34 years, Hollywood has been making James Bond films packed with larger-than-life villains, beautiful women, flashy cars, and, of course, outrageous gadgets such as shoes tipped with razor blades. Now, Her Majesty's best spy enters a new realm, that of the personal computer. The Ultimate James Bond: An Interactive Dossier is a $40 two-disk CD-ROM set from MGM Interactive, the software unit of Metro-Goldwyn-Mayer Inc., which holds the license to the Bond franchise. The two CD-ROMs cover the entire 17-movie history of the legendary character. Fans can browse through 55 minutes of digital video, 22 minutes of audio, 1,800 photos, and more than 850 hotlinked articles. Browsing through the Pussy Galore entry, for example, gives details about the character in the 1964 film Goldfinger and also refers to an article about the actress Honor Blackman. The CD-ROM set includes a 400-question Bond trivia game. Pass all four levels, and you could be good enough for a ''license to kill.''
