TRY THAT SITE AGAINAfter I publish a Web address, I often hear from readers complaining they get an error message when trying to reach the site. While we do make occasional mistakes, the snag is more likely with the Internet itself--whether it's too much traffic or hiccups in the Net's complex system for finding addresses. So if you get a cryptic message such as ``No response from server'' or ``Server does not have a DNS entry,'' try again later. Coming soon: Browsers that detect spelling errors in addresses and suggest alternatives. BY STEPHEN H. WILDSTROM
