As big business shrinks, students covet jobs with small employers, right? Wrong. A survey of 262 Midwestern college counselors finds blue chips signify money, power, and prestige. ``It's a constant challenge to convince students to think small,'' says surveyor Larry S. Beck of Ball State University. Happily or not, though, 75% land at ``microbusinesses.''
