SO WHO NEEDS A PHONE? Motorola's Tango Two-Way Paging System is the first pager of its kind: It allows businesses and individuals to respond to their pagers without having to get to a phone. Users can simply select from a menu of up to 120 preprogrammed messages. Through Skytel, the service provider for Tango, the price for national service starts at $74.95 per month. Cost of the pager alone: $399, or $15 a month to lease.
