WILLIAM AND VICTOR FUNGWILLIAM AND VICTOR FUNG, top-notch managers of Li & Fung, are members of a new Asian corporate elite. William, 46, is a Princeton grad with a Harvard MBA, while Victor, 50, is a Massachusetts Institute of Technology grad with a Harvard PhD. The brothers are converting their Chinese-style family export-trading business, into a modern, publicly owned corporation. In 1995, they bought British rival Inchcape Buying Services, doubling Li & Fung's annual sales, to $1.5 billion.
