TURNING EMPLOYEE EXPENSES INTO FREE MILESTired of seeing employees rack up rebates on business-related charges you reimbursed? Wells Fargo Bank has what it says is the only rebate card that lets small-business owners earn free air travel from employees' spending. With BusinessMiles MasterCard, owners earn one ``air mile'' for each dollar they and their employees spend. The awards--nonrefundable round-trip domestic tickets--can be issued in anyone's name, so owners can dole out the perks. ``Small-business owners work hard. They take all the risks, and we believe they deserve to be rewarded and have a little fun,'' says M. Lucile Reid, a senior vice-president at Wells Fargo. The card is available to companies with up to $5 million in sales. Mileage is capped at 180,000 per business or 60,000 per card. There is a $50 enrollment charge per business and an annual membership fee of $55 per card. To learn more, call 800 35-WELLS. EDITED BY AMEY STONE
