COLOR COPIES R YOUFor most businesses, getting color copies used to mean either sending a job off to corporate graphics or a trip to the nearest copy shop. But the new CopyJet from Hewlett-Packard Co. (800 752-0900), with retail prices beginning at about $2,500, makes color copying affordable for corporate departments and midsize businesses. The device doubles as a network color printer. The plain-paper ink-jet device turns out about one color page per minute as either a printer or a copier. The flatbed copier can handle reductions and enlargements from 50% to 400% and will print on pages up to legal size. BY STEPHEN H. WILDSTROM
